Sounds fair
It's going to be interesting because:
It could be seen as a violation of first amendment constitutional rights to freedom of speech.
The secessionists, whom immediately went to war with the USA until their destruction, could technically be considered terrorists and traitors and therefor their rhetoric is the advocacy of immediate harm and not lawfully protected speech.
None of these facts really matter once it reaches federal courts because most current judges are partisans, and if it reaches the SCOTUS then Uncle Tom has their backs.
Wait what does tax exemption have to do with free speech? I have to pay taxes but I also have free speech.
these organizations will have more freedoms within the commonwealth, not less, by not being bound to the conditions of the tax status they no longer will qualify for.
