Bodies Cameras are not that good sadly. In most cases they legitimize cop violence
Its better to have a judge be able to see the footage and make a judgement than it is for there to be no record of the cop violence at all.
Yes I could see the logic in that but here’s how it used to « see, mister Judge, how the culprit wasn’t responsive to my ~~threatening and escalating~~ demands, I had to use force to subdue the culprit who was increasingly violent as I made ~~violent escalating~~ demands »
