It's a mass produced design that's still being made. It's nothing fancy but the "rice grain" translucency pattern shows off the wonder of porcelain so I keep replacing parts when they break and prefer it to finer/fancier sets that don't highlight something awesome about the world.

yeah lol it is at the local pan-asian super market for only a few dollars a piece, I just have the same exact one
