Moderation policy: Light, mostly invisible
I'd say that first layer is being sliced for an overextrusion and is accounting for the wider line it makes. It doesn't want to run over the outside wall, so it stops short and because it's less lines per mm, you end up with those gaps. Note how many more lines per mm you're getting on the second layer, though to me those lines are more of a problem than the bottom layer since they barely seem to be touching each other, reducing strength a lot. They started out on the right side better pressed, and that might be a bed leveling issue.
Yes those lines are exactly the issue for me, that's the solid infill happening on layer 2 and 3. It's only those two layers that have this behavior. The first layer is fine (not perfect, but not an issue).
