Wrong. Very wrong. These costs will be taken from the budgets of the individual organizations who are paying for maps

The majority of these agencies are already underfunded.

Schools for example will not receive funds to update their course materials. They will have to take that money from somewhere else in their budget.

The private corporations that make these course materials will be delighted at a new federal standard that schools are low-key forced to comply with or risk losing federal funding

You are right that the military budget will not feel the change
