Yup. Said this in quite a few threads but you’re going to see a vastly different car landscape here from the rest of the world in 5-10 years. Prices will go up and quality here will go down as we turn into the dumping and cost recovery for manufacturers. You won’t see many more innovations in engine technology as they lock in and just build cheaper variants, while taking that money to compete on the world stage against China.
