This is great when you're 18 to 40. Fuck those stupid assholes, right?
But between 40 and when you die, you'll be regerting things. Lots of regerts. One regert might come when you finally fall off your bike at 60mph in the middle of nowhere. Oh everything is sort of okay. You were protecting your helmet so the head was recognizable. Finally a dung truck passes by and picks you up. Eventually you're at the ER. Mighty you and you alone.
Is that why you think people should have kids? So there's someone who feels compelled by guilt and familial obligation to show up? I can tell you it doesn't work like that. Having kids is no guarantee you won't die alone, and being childfree has nothing to do with how many people show up to care for you because they love you and want to care for you.
