On the one hand, Driscoll did have a meeting to discuss the current state of the army with Trump the week before he resigned. On the other hand a quick search of who this Dominic Michael Tripi is opened a deep and weird rabbit hole. I would take anything he tweets with a few grains if not a pound of salt...
