"Forcing a company to sell assets"

If the crown can force homeowners to sell, as well as force the taxpayer to sell assets, i have zero issue with companies being treated the same.

They have always had the ability to forcibly aquire property, but there has to be a good reason, like building infrastructure of some type. Also, they typically pay well above the market rate.

Forcibly acquiring a business as a running entity isn't the same thing.
