Like, I keep seeing reddit moderators abusing their powers but rarely they suffer consequences. So I'm wondering if there's a way to have a public forum without moderators.

Do you want to know what a place is like without moderators? Go find a place called Chat-Avenue. There are chat rooms on there, I know they aren't forums, but there's no moderators in some of them. There is some open pedophilia going on unchecked in that place.

So what I'm saying is that, moderation is needed.
