Mehdi does a lot of holding right wing people's feet to the fire too. Hunter Biden was just having a moment recently and it wouldn't be reasonable to not hold him to the same standard. I believe his people booked the interview after congress started barking about grilling him again. Nothing wrong with reminding people that yes, this guy is a PoS, but an irrelevant PoS and a congressional witch hunt doesn't change that he's a distraction.
Well, maybe not like their lives depend on it, but the window of time for them to do their smash-and-grab is not going to be infinite.
Either other cons will shut them out of it because they are jealous or this shitty admin will have to at least leave office, and his family may have to flee the country.

I for one, will not, vote for this Hunter Biden guy when he’s on the ballot this November.
Unless you're privy to some sort of information that I'm not, he will not be on the ballot.
If you watched the interview y'all are mocking just to defend a Biden, he talks about his presidential ambitions.

The man’s effectively a nobody at this point, he’s old news and not politically relevant to anything going on.
He's politically-relevant to the current state of the Democratic party, a fucked up election, and corruption of Joe Biden. Democrats repeatedly ignored his crimes and conflicts of interest as a nothingburger. Dems being tribalistic about "one of their own" instead of simply holding him accountable did them no favors.
Biden and Hunter are old news. They’re not relevant to anything that’s going to matter to the current or future Democratic Party. Hunter especially is not relevant given he’s not even a politician. Whatever legal issues Hunter, the private citizen, has are between him and the court as far as I am concerned.
I disagree. The issue is not Hunter himself but the way Dems handled his situation.
Why should a political party take responsibility or control over someone who isn't on any of their ballots just because he's the family member of someone who is? Seems like a pretty dangerous thing to advocate for.
They don't have to take responsibility, they just have to stop defending him.

I literally said it was not official party business and then you asked me where I saw that it was official party business. You're all the way off.
No part of this comment says Hunter Biden should not be Democratic party business.
You literally say he's politically relevant to the party before launching into what the party should do with him, in disgreement to someone saying he's not relevant to the Democrats.
