YT suggested a Dwarkesh interview with Ajeya Cotra next to your video. Cotra is A UC Berkeley grad who works at OpenPhil and promotes and is promoted by Kelsey Piper.

He was once Dario Amodei's roommate. He also cofounded the Alignment Research Center (funded in part by a sizable FTX donation), which spun off METR, the organization Cotra now works at.
