So this is election interference right?
No. If he said that he would pay people money of his own, on the condition that they vote for his party - like Elon Musk did in Wisconsin in 2024 - then that would be election interference.
More candidates should be running on non-means-tested cash payments to all Americans - rather than just more tax breaks for rich people.
Most elected officials would argue that we can't make these kinds of cash payments to American taxpayers.
It is the promise of cash in return for votes. It's bribery on its face, clear as day to any reasonable person.
That's where I stand. Dude isn't even in the election. I'm not even sure he knows that.
You're saying this like it matters. Who's going to look into it, the justice department?
It may not matter right this second. But it will.
