A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

I consider any post mentioning 'prediction market' names like this to be advertisements. They are not news sources, they are gambling sites.
Agreed, but society is going to drive off a bridge before they acknowledge it, let alone do something.
Exactly, if you think about it for a second, what exactly is going to power these data centers if Patagonia is so remote and undeveloped?
Oh look its mostly natural gas, which is threatened by all the mess in Hormuz. And hydropower, but the country has been in economic chaos for decades so there's no centralized efforts to get those up and going.
Basically dead on arrival as far as ideas go.
Well betting does work for what it's meant to do. If you wanna know who is favoured in a football match your best option is looking at the betting sites.
Agreed that these "articles" are purely advertisment.

I'm quite against prediction markets for many reasons, but I will say they have been more accurate than most political polls because people are actually putting money where their mouth is.
