A lot of the stuff you listed existed before AI though? What is AI then? Anything related to computers?

Even Wikipedia struggles with a full definition. But is likely to be the one with consensus.

My opinion is:

A computing system that performs massively multi-variable parallel computation using non-CPU processors and architectures designed for the task.

That's a bizzare definition, derived backwards from a marketing term that meant almost nothing to begin with. I don't know what hardware is you're into, but that can't be computer hardware.
