Pictures created by people who knew full well how they could be interpreted. For pictures to fit in here there needs to be an element of plausible deniability, although it can be a tenuous one...

That looks like it's made of a very porous material, so someone is going to have a very bad time down the road.
And besides that, the head looks like it would be painful to insert?
With some of the shit bad dragon puts out, I'm never surprised to find out someone would gladly try it.
And I'm pretty sure I know a few that would as well, given half a chance in the right environment.
If you look at that thing, it seems like they're gonna have a bad time to front. RIP Mr. Hands.
