It's inevitable. Obviously this is caused by a political disruption, but oil is a finite resource. People are eventually going to be economically forced to switch to electric, and putting it off for ethnocentrism reasons is just poor policy.
One COVID like event could collapse demand in a matter of weeks, like it did last time and gas dropped to 1.85 a gallon where I live. No one was going anywhere. Air quality improved, and really nothing changed. Same self hating dipshit pedo/closet gay/rape ape president.
Almost like he's setup his whole 1st term to benefit the middle east oil subsidies his family has invested in. Like how the Liv golf foundation was just a way to funnel money to right wing Assholes
That's not that fair to say.
He's also set up his second term to enrich himself and his inner circle at our expense, too!

Imagine running out of electrons, having to walk miles to the nearest facility to fill up your bucket, then walk all the way back with electrons sloshing out all over the place
