Ok a surface-level duckduckgo of "Li et al 2026" only gives me twitter that's related (which's also an unlinked image)
I seen similar claims that DO actually have sources before, so I know this type of stuff happens in the meat industry, but still please link the sources.
I wasn't able to find the article on Google Scholar or Kagi either. Given that "Li" is the second most common surname in the world, it would be nice to have a bit more for a reference.
