Unsure if it's just lemmy.world or all of Lemmy, but I'm suddenly getting "error" messages everywhere (lemmy.world)

Every now and then something will go through, but about 90% of the time it just throws up an error message. What's going on?

I don't know, but I'm on .world and my regular active feed is down and so is my profile page, but the hot feed is working? I'm using the Summit app.
