Yes, exactly. Progress is carved slowly with a dull knife, it refuses to be done any other way. Again, that’s how they got us here and it’s the only way out. That’s just how things work, no matter how hard you want to keep slamming your head into that wall. It’s not that I advocate for it, it’s just how things are. You can work to change things one at a time or you can get crushed by it. Realty doesn’t consider your ideals or morality.
Well, no, that's now how it is. We could just stop bombing kids. I've gone my whole life without directly bombing anyone, and it's been pretty easy to do. In fact, it seems to me that it's a lot of work to bomb kids. Same with torturing people, same with supporting rapists.
The fact that you think it's hard to not bomb kids tells me a lot about your lack of understanding about how the world works.
But you are advocating for that. You keep fighting against the people who are trying to stop it from happening.
Or there's another option that you keep refusing to consider: The Democrats could just say "Nah, we aren't going to bomb kids", and then actually stop.

You leveling all of your anger and blame on me is nothing short of childish, be mad at the powers and systems in control, that’s what is resisting change and bombing children, I’m 100% on board with all the shit you’re saying. I’ve also mever bombed children. You’re being a hyperbolic kneejerk reactionary looking for an easy out and someone, anyone it would seem, to take all the blame. THAT IS SIMPLY NOT HOW THE WORLD WORKS. The picture is so much bigger than what you are painting it to be. Be more pragmatic. There is no quick or easy way out.
I keep saying "lets not bomb kids", but you keep defending it, and the people who do it. If you are against it, why would you support them and the bombs they drop? Your the one saying "bombing kids is just practical for now".

Have you not been defending the Democrats this whole time? Because I thought that was your point?
No, I hate them all. I’m saying be realistic about getting to where things can be better. We are in a long suppressed socio political environment that has gulped up and internalized a lot of propaganda. We’re not getting out of this all at once or any time soon, we need to get every bit we can and not complain that there is a whale to be eaten and nobody that is willing nor able to eat the whale in one bite, especially when the only other realistic outcome is just more whales.
And yet here you are, defending them, and pushing me to compromise with them. I agree that we aren't getting out of this anytime soon, because the Democrats are keeping us here. I fight against that.
