It’s hilarious how much power America had, both soft and hard, that they freely gave away. Also most of maga will align with pro-life sentiments, but how many babies, American and international, have died due to USAID and social programming cuts
you're confusing "pro life" with actually caring about life. it really should be called "forced birth" or something similar.
pro "forced" life they jsut don't say the quiet part out loud.
the baby and the birth are also irrelevant. it's 'control over women'
"Anti-abortion" has always been a good term, but fanatics like their slogans to sound positive.
The right seems to fundamentally misunderstand how to actually wield soft power to get things they want.
They operate in a world where they want to dictate behavior and have everyone below them fall in line.
Of course they don't, soft power is soft, which means weak and the bulk of their voters need to feel strong. Even those who understand won't use it because it interferes with the short term goal of getting re-elected.
If they were already born then it doesn't matter to them. Only non-born babies are important. Once you're born, then good luck.
It's in line with the interests of pootin. Wild coincidence, isn't it.
They don't care about babies, they only care about punishing women for having sex
