One example I saw recently that comes to mind:
Someone asked in a DIY NZ forum whether to use an o-ring or thread locking tape for plumbing, and the thread was locked by an admin because it was related to a component used for bidets, and installing a bidet yourself in NZ is technically against the building code... You need a qualified plumber to do it... ๐
