Are you trying to argue that Kim Yo-Jong didn't make this statement? Western propaganda outlets under the American disinformation regime also report the same statement, same as southern Korean outlets. It was a highly public statement. SCMP being under Chinese state regulation does not mean everything they say is a lie, otherwise we couldn't trust any reporting anywhere.
