How about we forcefully democratize it instead. Any company above 50 million € worth or deemed system-relevant forced to become a cooperative or similar worker-owned democratic structure. Of course the money from irresponsibly rich investors stay with the workers when it's pulled from the s̶t̶o̶c̶k̶ ̶e̶x̶c̶h̶a̶n̶g̶e̶ casino, they can get a participation trophy or sth., those who didn't hoard money before eventually being paid out and/or offered to fully join the coop.
Way better I think, and something never truly done before. Nationalizing it would lead to a planned economy… that one loves to fail. Larger cooperatives who aren't being dictated on the other hand are awfully stable, to my knowledge.
Anyway, eat the rich.
