Not necessarily, people seem to be getting a mix of wins and loses all day long.
I doubt it's just "send all the wins, then all the loses"
I mean none of this makes much sense to me. I dunno why they don't just send them all at once...but it seems like sooner would be better than later.
That's pretty standard to be honest. Every individual email takes some time to send since you need to communicate to external servers. Even if you don't deliberately group them into batches for better monitoring and load spreading, that's just gonna take a while to churn through
Email systems have a tendency to flag mass mails as spam. By sending them in batches, it stops other email systems panicking as much.
It also lets a human check over things, and limit the effects of a screwup.
