Yes, and if there wasn't such a push to keep women and other beings who usually have their primary 'sex' hormone be estrogen that way then who knows? Perhaps there would be more beings who were physically strong.
But muscled women and other estroginated beings are said to be 'gross', look at the panic over The Last of Us 2. Any depection of what such beings could and actually do like is purported to be 'unrealistic' and 'woke nonsense'.
Despite it being more than possible, it's just a ploy to keep women and others who's primary sex hormone is estrogen controlled and unable to fight back via beauty standards and conditioning from a young age.
