I still see that as something that workplaces should just do then. One of the enshitification things that annoys me is in the 90's you had this thing with businesses where you could start at a time you wanted withing a sliding window and then work 8.5 hours from there. A place I was at did 7am to 10am and then meetings took place between 10am and 3pm when everyone was sure to be there. Was great for avoiding rush hour. Feels like these things are like bussiness people fads then they chase the next thing. Honestly I don't see how the adult work day makes much of a difference given the schoolday is shorter than the workday. Parents have to work that stuff out anyway.
