Assassins Creed 3 when the very obviously native american main character is given a fake identity as a spanish man named Connor.
I hated that game so much. My boyfriend kept playing it for some reason, so I got to catch snippets of the story along the way and I hated every second of it.
It never felt like an Assassins Creed game and I hated pretty much every character in that game, except Connor because he just didn't have enough of a personality to hate him.
ac3 is my second favourite ac game and i've played through almost all of them hehe
Aye, no shade. We all like different things. I like a universally hated movie called Velvet Buzzsaw, so you're no gonna hear anything from me, hehe :b
Believr it or not, I really wanted to like Assassins Creed 3 because I had loved the series up until then. So yeah. Sad face.
He’s half native half white.
Which they had to do because he’s supposed to be part of the same bloodline as the previous protagonists (Arabic and Italian), but they wanted a Native American protagonist, but also they needed their protagonist to get involved in revolutionary war politics, so that’s what they ended up with.
The point is that he is very clearly native american and does not pass for a Spaniard. And on top of that, if they wanted him to be Spanish, why name him Connor?
It was the most nonsensical cover to give his character that it pretty much killed it for me right there. Up until that point, I had tolerated the stupid, but this was incompetent writing of the first order.
