MODERATORS
AI is an easy scapegoat when you don't want to take accountability for your actions. I'm not questioning these elements potentially playing a role in this particular situation. However, the US has also been bombing school children before the adoption of AI.
Putting the AI in charge and then saying the AI did it doesn't absolve any guilt. Saying you bombed a school because of AI should be even worse than just bombing the school on purpose.
