It would also be a acknowledgement and commitment to international law in contras to issuing economic sanctions against ICC members because we don't like their decisions.
Yeah, but the US doesn’t recognize the ICC, so we’d have to start there.
Not recognize could imply indifference, reality is worse: You've got a law that gives the president full reign to recover any US or allied personnel and rendered all tech reliant on the US inaccessible to an ICC judge.
