Just run it as a container. If you do need a separate device, you can even get away with a pi zero 2w, though I'd add a USB Ethernet adapter.

That said, I haven't been happy with the pi since they sold commercial but limited consumer during the pandemic, so I'd say an orange pi is a better choice anyway.
