Oh, so you are saying I'm dumb for not acknowledging that the U.S.'s absolutely disgusting policy of Manifest Destiny (the last annexation of which occurred in 1917, and Panama was returned in 1999).
I guess I'm equally dumb for acknowledging the decolonzation that occurred after World War 2? Starting with Phillipines in 1946? Hell, actually a bunch of island's had their sovereignty formally Recognized too.
You know. Its almost like the U.S. does acknowledge historical cruelty. Its almost like some the people here do think that it was a problem. And somehow those same people tend to be made to be enemies of the Kremlin because we are also vocally against the hypocrisy of the Kremlin.
So you'd be cool with a foreign military base in your neighborhood? Just not a Russian one? That's cool, right? That's not colonialism or colonialism when we have 800 military bases in foreign nations?

It's not just the fascist language laws, but TCC thugs will ask forced conscripts to pronounce certain words to determine where they're sent when pressganged, aka "busification".
I offered no support of any faction other than the Ukrainian people as a whole, and the sovereignty within its own borders.
Where is your outcry against the facist paramilitary in the US that is abducting both citizen and non-citzens within its own borders? Do you believe that South American countries have an obligation to organize and invade to protect those people? Does Israel have an obligation to invade and rescue jewish people from any nation accused of harbouring antisemitism?
The Ukrainian people are not whole. That's the whole point. This started with a coup, which led to a civil war, which led to a proxy war, which led to an intervention, which will now lead to nuclear war. All because you thought people voted "wrong".

Edit: An aside, I do enjoy these chats. Sort of hope you don't just ghost me, and that this post doesn't get nuked. 4 days is damn impressive. An unstoppable force meeting an immovable object. One of us claims one man and his seat of government for the past quarter century is the whole problem, and the other claims it's half of the entire world. Where could it possibly end?
It may end in nuclear war because you feel "your side", in your juvenile chauvinist mind, could do no wrong and never lies.
A coup is a coup is a coup is a coup. It makes no difference whether you think it is a "good coup" of a "bad man".
It's only half the world in your small mind. Western nations represent 8%, EIGHT PERCENT of the world. That 8% owns 70% of the world's wealth, largely from extraction and exploitation of the developing world.
You give zero shits about democracy. If America is directly arming 80% of dictatorship then that makes America the LEAST democratic nation in the world, but only if you begin to see democracy as a universal concept. Yet, you see democracy as a privilege enjoyed on the backs of the oppressed, a selective cudgel weaponized to steal natural resources from developing nations.
When you undermine democracy anywhere you undermine democracy everywhere.
I got you going in circles. I got you reusing the same image. I got you to escalate this to "end with nuclear war." I got you to ignore that Putin has maintained dictatorial power for 25 years and claim I'm against democracy.
Took me longer than I expected.
I'm going to give you some advice. In the future if you ever want to pursuade anyone in "The West" of any sort of opinion.
Do not assume any of us have a collective belief or understanding. With one single caveat. We are individually unique. We use democracy to agree on things. Unfortunately most people listen to emotion rather than logic.
"You give zero shits" is an insanely stupid statement in our culture. It is indicitive of mental health disorders. Because cognitively, its a defense mechanism, and to us, it clearly means the individual is projecting an assumption based on their experience and belief.
