Just got dumped after two years in a relationship while clocking in to work. I hate being in Texas. I hate having no friends, no family. I'm so tired of being thrown away over and over for nearly 40 years

Breakups can be brutal, I feel your pain. Take it slowly, let it sink in. You are allowed to feel shit. It proves you are a loving person, capable of feeling emotions. 🫂

That's fine. It takes some time. Sad feelings are valid. You are valid, even when you're sad. I won't tell you to stop feeling sad. The past relationship and the breakup are a part of you, like a scar. Take a deep breath. Allow yourself to heal. Things will get better, and for now, it's enough to reasonably internalize this, even when the mood hasn't yet.
