Good for you, but in some cases unfortunately the regular treatments don't work. In those cases a circumcision is a perfectly valid medical last resort intervention.
I feel like in the most cases, the regular treatment is cutting it off. I think its a shame because in most cases that is not the only solution. :)
Depends on where you live, fortunately here it isn't the immediate go-to solution. ๐
