A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.

Okay, well let me help you understand what limited liability limits: Your personal assets. Thats it dude, it means your debtors cant go after your personal house. It doesn't say your company can commit wage theft and no one's legally responsible. I would be selling crack under an LLC to your mother if i could.
The reason why you're confused and why i was attacking you is you vomited up a bunch of words that didnt make sense and it hurt my brain. The point we're all making is wage theft is a crime, not a bad obligation. you're protected from obligations not legal threat lol. You can absolutely be targeted and prosecuted for the company you oversee committing crimes. So what we're all saying is we'd like to see more of that and much harsher penalties, to prevent companies from exploiting power imbalances and stealing large sums of money???

How would limited liability punish CEOs? You realize thats the government and the courts job right? It's a failure for the legislators who wrote the laws. did you vote last year or are you still waiting for your balls to drop?
It's mere existence stands in the way of being able to effectively punish CEOs in the way they should be in a just world. We don't live in a just world, which is why we have limited liability protections. To limit liability they otherwise would have as an individual.
Did you read the part where limited liability refers to financial liabilities and personal assets or are you going to keep ignoring and that arguing this imaginary concept in your head like a REAL MAGA PATRIOT. Limited liability has nothing to do with the US governments inability to prosecute. It's litterally just a layer of bankruptcy protection. FFS
