Saw Ravens again in the wild. made a large bowl from an oak log salvaged from waste tip. walked for many hours outdoors with my son. Remembered to post mother's birthday card on time. cooked and cleaned home to support my wife's return to full time job. only got spat at once during my 24hour shift. have a cat being cuddly now.
