I set mine up using Swizzin Community Edition. You don't have to host it on Swizzin, or on a VPS at all. It isnt Docker-based (huge plus for me). You choose which services you want when you first run the script, and it configures the reverse proxy for you. Easiest way to set up that media stack that I've found.
,Now this seems really nice, but can you add other applications such as moonfin instead of Jellyfin?
If you want the proxy configs automatically set up, you're limited to the list of applications. You could install other applications manually, or perhaps modify the scripts to include the applications you want.

Well, I could maybe look into it still by setting up emulators locally and just accessing the ROMs remotely for download.
