Is clubbing considered a "third place"? Me and my wife go clubbing at least twice at month, and we don't go to the same place every time, but to the same circle of DJs and producers and we recognize the people to go to the parties as us (and we know we are recognized by other people too), but we usually stay by ourselves and don't really talk with other people.
No. Clubs are exclusive and expensive typically.
Not the ones we go. Like if a club or party have "dress code" we don't go. That shit is super classist and we want nothing with a place like that. We also go mainly to the underground scene, were there's usually NB and trans free list, and the prices are really cheap (we never pay more than 10us for tickets). There's only one party that is really expensive, like 20 or 30us, but they have, on top of the NB and trans list, social list for people that can't pay.
How would op go about finding such places/people/circles?
