Mexico is making something similar. But it has max speed of like 50
That makes it pretty useless. Sometimes you need to go on highways or between cities. Is it 50 miles or 50 kilometers?
Kph. It's a great little EV for the city of Mexico.
And they really need it. The cars running on fossil fuels there destroy the air quality
