Can also confirm that Patriot Memory will also honor DD4 lifetime warranty albeit their communication does leave a lot to be desired.

It is actually sad that customers are so abused by these companies, that one feels loyalty after having their warranty fulfilled.

sometimes it's not just that it's fulfilled, it's that the process is easy and the folk you deal with are friendly.
