GM can't stick with an eletric car to save their ass. I remember the EV1.

GM doesn't want to make cars.

Their current generation electric platform is optimized for small SUVs (Equinox, Blazer, Lyriq, Optiq, even the Honda Prologue and Acura ZDX), and their bigger electric platform for big trucks and SUVs (Silverado, Hummer) isn't selling all that well, but is strategically important to them.

It's easy for them to leave cars behind, because they haven't made money selling cars in like 20 years.

At least they're not forcing everyone to return these so they can be destroyed.

At least they had experience making everyone return their vehicles when their batteries were catching fire. 😅

At least is pulling a lot of weight. All they learned is not to make lease only cars because it was a PR nightmare
