I guess? Okay this is kind of a mean take on it, from my experience, with having managed a company of over 300--which is tiny, if you would stfu and fill out your sheet and send me an email, I would prefer that. I already did your background check and dive.
I know this isn't a very "professional" take but that's how it's always been for me. The amount of parties and alcohol is really the surprising part.
But how are you going to decide who's gonna get promoted by skin color? And when are you going to see those people squirm in front of you? Checkmate.

Ooof sharpshooter. It would be interesting to see how different things would go if everyone sounded like "distorted white male in a black silhouette"
Or everyone as a black woman for example, then trans, etc etc, every day a random stereotype.
Oh we already know how that will go. Forbid that your skin has a different color or your sexual preferences don't align.
