I hear what you're saying and somewhat agree, but I really don't like the idea of consolidating voting intelligence into corporate entities like this.
Even if it works fine today, it might not tomorrow. This is setting a very bad precedent for future generations.
And you can't even say it'll work great today. You just know that in your contrived example, it was honest. What if it's dishonest with 5% of voters who seem more naive through statistics? That can completely throw off elections.
Oh I'm not happy about this at all. All I'm saying it they haven't tuned it nearly as well in their interest as some or I expected. I do think as time goes by they'll fix that problem.
