Europe and Asia are the same continental mass but Africa is not. Africa is moving independent to the Eurasian continent and is even slowly producing a new continent at the horn of Africa. So yes, it's true that Europe and Asia are the same continent but Africa is not. It is also slowly moving into Europe. That's why the Alps exist.

I'm happy to include Japan in North America. Sad to lose parts of California, but it feels fair, especially since we get to keep cuba.
