From everything I've seen, hit or miss, as all absolute bleeding edge hardware (especially laptops) are on Linux. Should be usable, just not ideal yet but getting better every day.
Also make sure the laptops wireless card works well. I've had nothing but problems with Intels wifi 6e cards on linux. They're fine on wifi networks that don't have 6ghz. But if 6ghz is available it has no clue how to handle it and the constant switching between frequencies makes wifi almost unusable. My only fix has been to disable 6ghz entirely or use a dedicated 6ghz network. But that sucks. I haven't tested 7.2 or 7.3, but these cards are 6 years old and it's still a problem. I have an intel wifi 7 card but I haven't tested it with Linux yet. I also don't even have a laptop it fits inside of.
