If they choose to sleep obviously in public I will happily take pictures, there are more discreet ways to sleep, no?
I asked them if they were ok, no response, I called 311 and they told me there's nothing they can do even though I told them idk if he is alive ๐ insanity!
Zoo animals, if they decide to sleep blatantly in public spaces I will blatantly take pictures of them, ask them if they are ok and if I don't get a response call 311 (who will tell me there is nothing they can do)

I've been in this shit for the past 20 years. I'll take pictures because people like you think things are improving but it's still hell out there and the shelters are fucked. The people need true help, they need housing and hope that their income will support them. Not just a fucking handout and a sandwich from some worthless liberal.
