Joan Rivers, the butt of all plastic surgery jokes during her time, never looked like she was a melting wax dummy. Either plastic surgery has gotten worse or these people want to look like they just stared into the Ark of the Covenant.
I think the biggest difference is that Joan wasn't as dumb as a post.
