Tibet was literally a slave state before the Chinese invasion. The same could be said for Cambodia before the Vietnamese invasion of 1979. And obviously Ha mas' invasion of Isntreal in 2023 was clearly not imperialistic even in the slightest lol. Honestly even the Arabic Coalitions invasions of Isntreal in 1948 and 1967 werent imperialistc when you think carefully about them either they were self-defensive because the Arabs knew that Isntreal was 1. genociding Palestinian people and Palestinian culture and 2. they kenw that Isntreal would turn into the land-grabbing monster it is today and that it will continue to be forever.

The americam invasions of europe during WWI and WWIIdid not have imperialistic intentions during their beginnings .... They only turned into imperialistic invasions during their wrapping up phases when the americans began putting a big stick into european politics at the end of WWI and then when the americans snuck out nazis , nazi scientists, amd nazi-aligned capitalists and created things like the atlantic council and nato to keep american and canadian capitalists' interests at the forefront of european politics and to crush SOviet interventions into European Communist movements.

All because a group or country conducts invasions that doesnt mean its an imperialistic invasion. I feel that invasions are very much case-by-case basis.
