Where do you live that is not ruled by America? Aren't you still using their dollar to trade, and receiving American aid in return for "favors"?
Even Germany still receives money from USA, and they're rich and certainly not in need of it.
Yeah, what a selfless gift by the US to their allies. I mean, what do they get in return? Power and influence? Oh yeah, they do get that.
None of that is being ruled by the US.
