Isn't this a fake tweet? I can't find any instance of it being real and it seems too on the nose. Everyone here in the comments talking about the Streisand Effect, but that doesn't apply if she didn't say anything and people are just making shit up on the internet. But I guess that's Lemmy these days, no one gives a fuck if something is real or not.
I just assume anything political in the memes or shitpost comms is fake. If it's real it'll eventually pop up in a different place.
Assume it's fake, but chuckle anyway because it's funny.
I personally upvoted because it was a funny cosplay, but I admit I didn't fact-check the tweet and downvote if it was ... misrepresentative of the facts.
Unfortunately most people cheer for Bad Talk About Hated People without a care in the world to its veracity, and when you step in to question the hive, you tend to get stung.
